RCMgr - Remote Collection Manager

Remote Collection Manager ("RCMgr") allows users and Corporate IT Professionals to perform forensically-sound collections of hard drives and server-based mailstores easily and securely.

RCMgr - DD allows a user to create a full forensic image of an entire hard drive.

RCMgr-T allows the user to perform a targeted collection of files on local, external and network drives from one computer.

RCMgr-E allows the IT professional to collect from Exchange 2007 servers. Collections are performed via computer in the client's environment.

RCMgr-Ee allows IT professional to collect from Exchange 2003/2007 servers. The application runs directly from the mail server and collects entire mail stores, not specific mailboxes.

RCMgr-TMac same functionality as RCMgr-T, but for Apple Mac computers.

RCMgr-F allows the user to create a full forensic image of an entire hard drive and their attached devices from a forensically sound environment and MD5 hash verification of the image.

RCMgr-L allows the IT professional to collect from a Lotus Domino server. Collections will be performed from either the client environment or the server itself collecting specific mailboxes.

RCMgr-W allows a user to render targeted data unrecoverable from their drive (as well as free space). General used in settlements to assure opponents that certain data has been eliminated from computers without requiring an analyst on-scene.

After the collection is completed, RCMgr verifies the collected data, encrypts it for travel, and ships the data back to LDiscovery.

Proper deployment of RCMgr will result in a collection defensible to Frye and Daubert standards.
